The entire experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards promised to us at the time of booking.
Despite having paid extra for a private tour travel experience, we were repeatedly provided with substandard services. Vehicles sent were random and not in line with what was committed certainly (private vehicle) in some cases, not even private. Your team’s lack of coordination and transparency throughout the trip only added to the frustration.
It is very clear that the charges collected do not reflect the services delivered. The package cost we paid for exorbitant (2.85 lacs) only for hotel and tours whereas the flights and tickets were not included..
This kind of misleading communication and poor service delivery is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking through Riya travels agency. The international private trip was ruined.
Not recommended at all.
